1. Experience Validity
Experiences purchased through our website are valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase indicated on the voucher or confirmation received.
2. Advance Reservation Required
To enjoy the experience, a reservation must be made at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability at both the restaurant and Sail in Spain.
A reservation will only be considered confirmed once availability has been verified and confirmed for the requested date and time.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the sailing trip (at the skipper’s discretion). In this case, guests may choose one of the following options:
- Enjoy the lunch only;
- Reschedule the complete experience for another date; or
- Request a full refund of the amount paid.
3. No-Show or Late Cancellation
In the event of a no-show or cancellation made less than 24 hours before the reservation time, the restaurant reserves the right to consider the experience as redeemed and used.
4. Voucher Usage
Guests must present their voucher or proof of purchase upon arrival at the restaurant in order to enjoy the experience.
5. Subject to Availability
All reservations are subject to restaurant availability and may be limited during special dates, public holidays, or private events.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that the experience has not been booked or used.
